Positive: Value for money above expectation. In winter the house is not easy to access, being on a ridge with a lot of wind, and blizzard snow. But it is exactly what you need to enjoy a real winter. The house is clean, warm, equipped with everything you need, and the owner is always available.
Negative: outside, in the tub area a few broken windows, not very safe, but we didn't use it anyway; this would be an aspect to improve
